Registering is easy. Once you have downloaded the app simply follow the below steps. It is free to download the app and register.

  1. Enter your name and email address
  2. Add password
  3. Add any additional information required
  4. Verify account using the verification email

If you do not receive the verification email please check the email that you registered on the app.

There are a few ways you can search and explore within the app.

Displayed on the home screen, is a map which will show offers around your current location (turn your location settings on).

  • To search for different offer types, you will see different tabs to select. For example, if you are just looking for food offers click the food & drink tab.
  • You can also filter and view offers in a list format by clicking ‘see all offers’ at the bottom.
  • Zoom in on the location map to view the offers in a specific location.
  • When you select an offer type, the map will display icons for that offer only.
  • Click on an icon to view the merchant and their offer
  • You can also use the search bar the search by merchant name. To filter in more detail, click the filter tab at the bottom of the screen.
  • You can filter your search based on offer categories, offer types, monthly offers and new offers.

Yes, you can, if the person you pinged the offer to does not accept the offer you can recall the ping.
Please follow these steps.
• Go to the profile on your app
• Preference/settings in the to right of the screen
• Select ping history
• Click recall ping on the offer you wish to recall
If the recall option is not there this means the offer cannot be recalled.

  1. Open merchant screen
  2. Click the 3 dots at the top right of the screen
  3. Click the option you want to perform

Monthly offers are reusable and can be used four times per table. All monthly offers have different expiry dates so be sure to check before booking.

To view monthly offers, follow the below steps.

  1. Click the map on the app home screen
  2. Click view all offers at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select filter and filter to view monthly offers.
